3. Develop effective employee’s reward and recognition systems to attract and keep competent and committed people;
4. Leading the HR& Admin team, and providing professional supporting to GM, including office management, manpower planning, recruiting, training, C&B ,and other support management.
5. Set up administrate management policy(such as policy that employee how to apply for office material,vehicle management, shuttle bus management ,management of buying office material, management of company dining room)and execute smoothly.
6. Cooperate with local government to make management about company security issue 7.Familiar with Chinese labor law and relevant HR regulations

Responsibilities & Achievements:
1. Responsible for revising HR&A dmin policy, responsible for revising HR& Admin process.
2. Provide professional supporting to Manager, including office management, manpower planning, recruiting, training, C&B and other support management;
3. Salary planning for all local employee, to manage payroll, social insurance, housing fund etc;
4. To implement recruitment, employee training and team building in accordance with development plan of the company;
5. To deal with all Of HR& Admin daily work.
6. Report to oversea headquarter and wait for approval if the budget is out of company’s yearly planning such as budget about company cleaning, planting trees improving environment, recruiting more employee, renting…etc
7. Manage dining-room (book fast food or using dining room), shuttle bus management (renting, driver employee management, planning shuttle bus schedule…etc), take charge of company cleaning, security management.
8. Settle the dispute among the employees, keep good relation among employees.
