Enjoying yourself is very important．Choosing a place is good for yourself．
Ⅱ.Main Points
1. Target Language 
 Loud music makes me tense． 
 Loud music makes me want to dance． 
 Sad movies don’t make me cry．They just make me want to leave.  
 2. Structures 
 make sb.+adj and make sb.+v.
Ⅲ. Difficult Points 
 How to help Ss use the target language and structures.
Ⅳ. Teaching Methods 
 Leading-in, listening and pairwork methods.
Ⅴ.Teaching Aids
A tape recorder , a textbook and workbook.
Ⅵ.Teaching Procedures
Step 1 Revision
Check the homework．Ask students to talk about the conversation in activity 1c．
Step 2 Lead-in 
Ss look at the pictures in 2a and describe the pictures．
Picture 1: Two women are eating and smiling and eating． 
Picture 2: The two women are crying.
Picture 3: Two women are drinking, but music is too loud.
Picture 4,:One woman is waiting for the bus or someone．She is angry.
Say, You will hear Tina and John talking about what Tina and Amy did last night． 
Step 3 Listening
Play the tape again．Ss listen and number the orders of the pictures.．
Correct the answers with the class．
Answers: 3 2 4 1
Ss listen again and check the things that Tina and John said. Check the answers.
√ Waiting for her made me angry．
√ She said that loud music made her tense．
√ Loud music always makes me want to dance．
√ It was so sad it made us cry．
√ Sad movies don’t make me cry．
