　　教师问：What’s the weather like in Harbin/Hong Kong/Lhasa?

　　学生分别回答：It’s cold in Harbin.

　　              It’s hot in Hong Kong.

　　              It’s cool in Lhasa.

　　引导学生用What the weather like in……?提问关于我国其他城市的天气状况。

　　教师边回答问题边在地图上指出学生所问的城市。

　　教师播放自制课件，点击出12个城市的天气状况。每点击一个城市, 学生用It’s …in…来描述一次。

　　学生3-4人一组，仿照课文表演一个城市天气预报。Good morning. This is a weather report.(一起说)，然后每人预报两个城市的天气。

　　练习好以后，教师找几个组来在班里表演，教师要及时做出评价。

　　（三）趣味操练 (Practice)

　　两人小组活动。学生A手中拿着城市名称卡片（课件中的12个城市），学生B手中拿着天气卡片。学生A随意拿出一张卡片并说：It’s…  学生B根据A拿的城市的天气状况拿出相应的天气卡片并说：It’s…，然后两人一起说：It’s …in…

　　1、做本单元A Let’s Learn部分的活动手册配套连习。

　　2、试一试给同伴、朋友、家长预报天气，并建议他们穿上合适的衣服。用到句型It’s ……   Put on your .…

　　词汇：wear  can  can’t

　　【教学难点】Can I wear my…? 问答中的人称转换。

　　【教具准备】

　　教材相配套的教学课件。［Unit 4 Let’s talk］

　　教材相配套的教学录音带。

　　单词卡片：shirt、T-shirt、jacket、sweater、coat、skirt、dress、jeans、short、pants。

　　【教学过程】

　　 热身、复习 (Warm-up/Revision)

　　教师播放第三单元的歌曲“My clothes”，让学生一齐跟唱，复习服装类名词。

　　让学生将学过的服装类名词归类：Clothes for warm days / Clothes for cold days，为下面即将学习的对话进行铺垫。

　　3、教师播放图像资料，引导学生根据人物服装来猜一猜天气情况，复习单词：warm、hot、cool、cold。
