   采用Role-play和小组学习策略，利用Free talk和Lead-in来展开语篇内容的学习和知识的运用。

    该部分学习内容贴近学生的生活，极易于激发学生学习英语的欲望和兴趣，使他们乐于参与各种英语实践活动。

    重点

学习3a短文并联系实际学会谈论哪些是好的或成功的学习方法。运用重点句型I think that the best way to learn English is by.../I think ...is the best way to learn English.

教学突破

通过Free talk和Lead-in复习巩固以前所学的语言知识并为理解语篇内容做铺垫。通过引导学生进行由词到句，由句到篇的训练，由fast reading 至careful reading及intensive reading直到post reading的读写能力培养，由易到难，由浅入深，环环相扣，层层推进。

教学步骤

Step 1  Warm up

  1. Check the new words on P4.

  2.  Free talk

(1) Teacher and students
  具体操作：教师通过问个别学生问题，展开复习，为下一步学生之间的Free talk作好铺垫。

Questions:  How do you learn English?
           Do you learn English by....?
           Have you ever....?

(2)Between students(Groupwork 3人一组）

Zhang: How do you learn English?/Do you learn English by....?/Have you ever....?
Li: I learn English by..../Yes, I do.(No, I don’t.)/Yes, I have.(No, I haven’t.)
Liu: How does Li learn English?/Does he(she) learn English by....?/Has he(she) ever....?
Zhang: He(She) learns English by.../...../....

   Lead-in

Teacher: There are many different ways to learn English. (同时板书Ways of learning English) What is the best way to learn English?Then get several students to share their ideas.(此时教师的引导非常重要，它是师生、生生能否产生良好互动的关键因素，它可以产生很多知识。）
